hmmh-academy

The sector is developing rapidly; therefore, a constant further education is important and is taken seriously by us. The hmmh-academy offers our employees uncountable possibilities for advanced and further education. We certify for example in PRINCE2 or ITIL and offer vocational training for the functional and social increase in competence.

Godparent system

“The jump into the cold water” – who does not know the feeling? In order to make the start for new colleagues as comfortable as possible, a colleague takes over the on-the-job training about the structures and courses of action as a godparent in the first weeks. Of course, he will also be a contact person after the adaption phase.

In order to support our parents and their offspring in emergency situations, we have set up an assisted play room for our little guests. Further, a parent community in our intern Wiki should help our mothers and fathers to get in contact with other parents and to get information about our family offers quickly.

Offices

22 levels – 18.000 square meters – 360° view over Bremen – breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! All of this offers the Weser Tower. However, you can also find an hmmh-office in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich or Oldenburg. There, our colleagues work near the Elbe, Spree, Isar and Hunte and assiduously file on innovative technology solutions.

Events and sport activities

Our After-Work-Parties are a great opportunity to get to know your colleagues better. In addition, we are once in a year celebrating – with a motto, decoration and costumes – our annual party. However, we are also active in sports: dragon boat races, foot races, Chair-Hockey-Masters,… We take part at a lot of events, because: Together we are strong!

GolfRange

Thanks to our cooperation with the GolfRange in Bremen, our colleagues can use the range for little money: With a discount up to 25% a relaxing round of golf should easily be possible. Also the admission fee and the costs for a special membership account do not apply. And the best part is that many colleagues are already active golfers. So it won´t take long to find an enjoyable flight.

Fitness studio

After an exciting day everybody has to sometimes clear the head. Our employees have the opportunity to work out in a fitness studio in Bremen at favorable conditions. Including the usage of all fitness equipment, courses of BBP from Spinning to Yoga, a mineral-drinks-flat, a Finnish sauna and bio sauna and a roof-deck, as well as the view over the Weser.

Environmental sustainability

It does not matter whether it is our drinks, office supply, print-out paper or at the lunch with our customers: We make an effort in all areas for environmental sustainability. Also in the topic “Green Mobility” and Green IT” we support sustainable projects and have an open ear for the green ideas of our employees at any time.

Social dedication

Environmental catastrophes, poverty, diseases or family destinies: We are aware of the fact that many people in the world, but also in our own country, exist, which do not live under good conditions. Through fundraising campaigns, like our Charity-Deal, we make a small contribution in terms of money or also donations in kind, in order to help.
