Relaunch of hmmh: The E-Commerce Company becomes the Agency for Digital Commerce & Brand Communication.
Mobile Commerce, Social Commerce and T-Commerce are the drivers of modern e-commerce. They are now establishing themselves as equal, independent disciplines in the digital value chain among innovative and successful online merchants. Customers shop using a wide variety of digital channels – and given how individual the needs of user are, the access options to the product have to be just as varied.
“An agency needs pros who move easily back and forth the between these disciplines while playing according to the specific rules. In contrast to its initial phase, e-commerce is more than technical implementation of a digital sales channel, more than an online shop – nowadays e-commerce is not only the growth engine for the retail trade, but also provides for the increasingly important communication of the brand via all digital channels,” explains Stefan Messerknecht, Management Board Spokesman at hmmh.
“We understand this. Through our new positioning as an agency for Digital Commerce & Brand Communication we combine precisely these two elements,” Messerknecht adds.
“Over 15 years of experience based on constant innovation, design and technology, tradition and a modern approach stand behind our work. hmmh is at home in all disciplines of the digital value chain. We offer our customers holistic solutions in line with our new philosophy: “consult – create – care”. To put this across in our external image as well, hmmh now appears with a new corporate design and a new website,” says Björn Portillo, Managing Director at hmmh.
