hmmh accounts for personalized customer communication of the luxury brand Lancôme in Germany
- The hmmh multimediahaus AG designed and implemented a broad concept for the cosmetic brand Lancôme by L’Oreal at the beginning of 2009. The main element thereby is a Lancôme customer data base for the overall personalized customer communication of the luxury brand in Germany. Included is the distribution of welcome mails, birthday wishes and promotions which can be sent by email as well as by standard mail. The established hmmh customer relationship management platform builds the technical basis. “With the help of this data base activities can be communicated individually to selected target groups and thereby can minimize wastage” says Michael Rocker, Director of Marketing and Sales at hmmh multimediahaus AG. “The data base is the start of an extensive collaboration with Lancôme in which hmmh will be responsible for the overall activities concerning customer loyalty in Germany” continues Rocker. “With its own CRM platform hmmh offers a broad solution with which we can inform our customers regularly and therefore enhance the precise customer retention. The Bremen based eCommerce agency designed the installation of the data base and its technical connection to the customer data base of the parent company. Furthermore hmmh is in charge of the service and hosting of the data base.
