buw’s website to date has been rather sober and inadequate for a company handling all aspects of customer management. Now, however, the practiced buw philosophy – both substantively and functionally – is to be conveyed clearly and the Internet presence revised. A content management system that enables automatic updating will be integrated for this purpose.
The main objective was to create a modern, vibrant, emotional Internet presentation for buw Holding. The customer approach should conform with the positioning of the buw “brand”. The corporate philosophy and individuality of the employees should be made experienceable while conveying the high quality standard and extensive professionalism. A prerequisite for programming was simple access to information and enabling users to find their way around easily.
The website sends out an informative signal to potential new customers as well as to the existing clientele: buw offers more than the core business “Customer Care” and is optimally equipped not only in the present “Telephony” segment”, but also in other communication channels. The new Internet presence represents this and structures the complex range of services.
The TYPO3 content management system forms the basis. Aside from that, we used flash elements for the Wall and etracker as a website analysis tool.

Implemented with Flash, the multifunctional wall of pictures – as a central element on the website – provides customers, partners, applicants and users an insight behind the business scenes. In addition, other contact points directly to the company were created through the live chat and callback service. Finally, many direct contact persons are listed together with the matching department information, including picture, name, telephone extension, e-mail address and XING contact.
