
As a brand manufacturer, Trigema offers leisure and sports wear to quality-conscious customers with individual demands. Trigema produces high-quality articles based on a sustainable approach at its own plants in Germany. The new, graphically redesigned shop is intended to reflect these advantages and improve usability with the help of a user experience model and will be technically implemented on this basis.
The aim was to make the new online shop modern and a leader in the sector. We focused on usability, design and SEO. Moreover, it was important to be able to migrate the interfaces smoothly to the customer’s own host system as well as to Neckermann, ebay, Amazon, Schlecker, Otto, etc. with a high degree of stability.
The precise creative and functional requirements were developed at two workshops. The following initial processes were substantially based on the conceptual approach – supported by the user experience procedure via wire-frames. The online shop was redesigned and implemented on the basis of hybris.
Trigema’s advantages are immediately visible right on the homepage: made in Germany, Cradle to Cradle and also individual design of the clothing via T-Shirt Designer, which, among other things, makes corporation fashion or school wear possible – in extra large sizes, too. And customers can take part in shaping the product range and quickly find their way around in the shop. The shop’s navigation features have improved significantly through Factfinder. Use of the search and navigation functions is easy and intuitive.
The concept of employing cooperative marketing as support for the economic goals is also convincing. Customer involvement (mass customizing), fitting products according to customer behavior (Prudsys), the opportunity of live shopping and evaluations with a guarantee of authenticity (EKOMI) bind customers closely to the company. This not only improves customer relations, but also the sales figures.
