Stefan Messerknecht has been part of hmmh since 2006 and also speaker of the management board since that time.
As Managing Partner, the graduate in business management (Diplom-Kaufmann) engages in agency and company strategies, disruption as well as digital transformation for the economy and media.
On top of his work at hmmh, Stefan Messerknecht is involved in the Rotary Club Bremen-Weser and is a member of the board of trustees of the Stifterverband der Deutschen Wissenschaft (Donors' association for the promotion of humanities and sciences in Germany).

Björn Portillo has been part of hmmh since 1989. Starting out as Art Director, in 2001 he became a member of the digital agency's board of management.
In addition to the meaning of the digital transformation for the economy and media, the Managing Partner and Communications Designer occupies himself with the task of digital marketing in Connected Commerce.
Apart from his work at hmmh, Björn Portillo is the president of the "bremen digitalmedia" branch association and is involved in fostering emerging talent in the creative economy.

Gerd Güldenast has been part of hmmh since 2008. In his capacity as Managing Director he is responsible for the areas of Consulting & Connected CRM.
The graduate economist and computer scientist occupies himself with the connections between online and offline and creates intelligent E-Commerce solutions for the customers of the digital agency.
Thanks to the experience that Gerd Güldenast has gained as Project Manager, Consultant and Management Consultant, he is capable of linking pioneering ideas to the demands of the companies and their customers.

Anemone Strzelczyk has been part of hmmh since 1995. As member of the management board she is responsible for the area of Corporate Services.
The graduate English and political scientist has assumed various management positions at hmmh, gotten to know all processes across all areas, and now exploits this to advance the optimisation of internal processes.
Thanks to her many years of experience as Project Manager, Director Content Management and Projects & Operations, Mone Strzelczyk is capable of designing innovative ideas for the organisational development of the digital agency.
